Nobody can say the actual outcome here. Since this is not a requirement for Visa under non SDS you should be fine.

Will it affect the visa decision if I apply without English proficiency test score? However, my fund is three times more than the total tuition fees required to complete my masters course. More enough for study and living in Canada without doubt.
