Confusion in selection of SDS or Non SDS

5.5 in each module is very low if you can try to find a uni that accepts those scores you might have a chance

But if any uni please tell because I have 82%in medical stream from Cbse board

I believe as long as university or college accepted your language result , even its less, you may apply for non sds

Sds required IELTS each 6 and also GIC and 1 year tution fees to pay, Non Sds not required those

Ielts overall 6.5 not less than 6
Paying 1 year fee
No gap
Completed hon. Degree with 1st division
Now the question is as I am not in india so should I apply sds or non sds please suggest me I am really concerned about it

Non-SDS. You need to be a resident of India in order to apply under SDS.

But u know my agent said as u qualify for sds we will apply for u sds you just do biometrics from singapore as in india right now condition is not good.

read "Who is not eligible for SDS"
your agent is wrong you do not qualify for sds although you can get gic and pay your fees anyways it will only help your case but it will not be processed as sds

Worst case scenario, your file might be rejected for filing under wrong category or misrepresenting.

Technically, you should file under non-sds. I also am an NRI residing in UAE, I also filed under non-SDS category.
