Confusion in SDS and Non-SDS

I meet all the requirements for SDS but have paid for only two semesters. Can I pay full one year fee and change to SDS stream after applying through non-SDS category?

if you havent applied then yes. otherwise nope. anyways right now sds and non-sds does not matter. They are processing files randomly.

It does matter if its SDS or NON SDS. NON SDS is currently 20 weeks whereas SDS is roughly around 2 months.
