my ecas went into IN PROCESS today for the permanent residence (PA), but I did not get the second line indicating, “we started proccessing your application...” I only have

ECAS can be way off with the info they give.. We didn't get that second line until a couple of months after they started processing.. It doesn't mean much

generally this means that your file has been transferred... once the vo opens it youll see the line added which is considered AOR2. Timeline is different per VO

Really? I already went through that after SA, it went to in process into application received, and now it is in process again. I think this might be my AOR2

SA is processed in mississauga... AOR2 comes from your local VO.. status' are pretty unreliable to be honest.. i wouldnt sweat it. guarenteed it just means that its been or is being transferred to your local VO.. EVERY application goes through this
