Want to know why two different dates for processing. I am confused also would like to know how long the second processing will take.

There are essentially two applications involved here.

The application to sponsor is processed in Mississauga, Canada.

The application to become a permanent resident is processed in the country you come from or another office nearby that is designated for your country. If you are doing an "in Canada" (inland) application, it's processed in Vegreville, Canada. Each of these offices has a different backlog of applications to get through, so it depends which country you are in or if you are in Canada. Which country are you?

New Delhi processes 80% of applications in 12 months, so if you haven't heard anything by December 14, 2014, you should ask to see what is taking so long. By the way, the fact that they quote times for "80%" means that most forms are processed faster than that. That's for spouses. Other Family Class applications take longer.

It took 15 months for my appliation to reach New Delhi.

That means either your application has red flags, or you keep missing documents.

Since, it says they have started processing your application in December 2013 you are almost done. You will be hearing good news soon, unless, they ask you to redo medicals.
