Confused ... where to send additional documents?

I need to send some documents to the CIC Office but not sure what the address is so I emailed them, they replied to me:

I know that they sound pretty similar but I just want to make sure so I dont make a mistake, if they are just one address please let me know!

The two are the same address, one in English and the other in French.
For greater clarity, the full address is :

219 Laurier Avenue West 7th Floor, Section B, Ottawa, ON K1A 1L1

(assuming that you are in Canada)

You can scan it an email it to CIC. But its better to mail it as original because it will have you signature on it.
