Confused to choose Noc code

I am working as web developer that has Noc code of 2175 but my duties match with this Noc code 2281 as web administrator so which I have to include in my express entry profile?

And if I choose wrong Noc code in express entry then what happens?

one more question I have accumulated 1 year of experience which is combination of Noc A (3 months) while other is Noc b and problem is I got Ielts band 7 but in one module 5.5. Do I eligible under CEC?

SInce you are using NOC A for one of your jobs your IELTS needs to be CLB 7 for each band.
