Confused about visa delay and application status

My application status says medical passed and background check is not applicable. Further stated Extra documents are not required interview not required, review in process, final decision is in process. What does it mean? I applied on 24 of nov 2018 for jan intake due to delay on visa decision, but I have already got offer letter for September intake. Please suggest me what shall I do?

No, but I talked with my agent. He has told me that he will send my new offer later to Delhi ambassay. But what I want to know is what are possibilities to get visa after these statement.
