Confused about Question been refused addmission to, or ordered to leave Canada

Hi everyone ,

I came to Australia in 2010 with 3 years student visa. However, I stopped studying from 2011 and living in Australia without a valid visa for 2 years. in 2013 I booked a flight ticket and went back my home country volunteer.

For question 6e in the form Schedule background says "Have you been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"

I dont know what should I answer yes or no for this question

Technically no for both but u have to mention the time lived there in personal history and will need to present aus police clearance

I filled in the form that my status in Australia from 2011 to 2013 " Out Of Status", is it right?

Not really, you just need to mention dates u live in Aus ( ex date to ex date - student and then working ), there is no column of status. The 3 year stay automatically demands a police clearance which u can get, its not a crime to be out of status - if CIC ask then u can tell them but all they care abt is PCC and the truth u lived there

Hi User828. Do You mean that for 2 last year without valid visa in the column status just select "Other" and in Other column just simple explain working

Or just mention 1 time for 3 year like from 2010 to 2013 and select Other for status and explain student and then working in the OTHER column.
