I am having second thoughts on my NOC code after submitting my e-APR. Yes, correct!!! So I am a recruitment consultant with a recruitment firm and 2+ years of experience. I help clients(employers) find the right talent and place candidates. Now is NOC 1223 - HR & Recruitment officer the right NOC (which I selected) or NOC 4156 - Employment counsellor.
The duties in both seem to overlap with what i do.
I am super confused now!!
Any view would be appreciated.
