Confirmation of Application forwarded to visa office Manila

Good day! I received a confirmation on Nov.23, 2017 that my husband’s application for permanent residence was already in visa office Manila for further processing. Is this the passport request? Or how long should I wait before the passport request? Because it’s been more than 2 weeks and I didn’t receive any updates after that confirmation. Thank you!

Hi, it is the file transfer email, got mine last Nov 9, ECAS shows started processing last Nov 14, no update since then. Wait for an update from MVO if they will request for an additional documents. 12 months is the normal processing time, so we will just have to wait.

Already on it’s 10th month process and received no updates yet
