confirm permanent residency via telephone without COPR

Hi All,

Just received an email invitation from IRCC to confirm your permanent residency via telephone.
I havent received COPR yet and application is approved on Dec 03rd ,return tracker is still not activated.
My question, can we complete the telephone landing without COPR or i can ignore that email as i wont be ready for the call without COPR.


Has anyone complete the telephone interview without COPR, please share their experience.
