I got offer letter from university of manitoba... i want to ask u guys that i hav completed my b-tech in ECE and i got offer letter of ARHM( APPLIED HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT) is it a relevent course after b-tech???

I applied in many colleges on 11july for 2018 jan intake and i havent got offerletter yet.. i applied in humber seneca georgian sheridan centennial.: im very much stressed its been 9 weeks
