I everyone. My wife landed on 2016 May as a conditional permanent resident. Since the CPR has been revoked. So how can she get her PR card even the 2 year is not up yet. Do she need to apply ? Please help.

Doesn't she already have a PR card? She doesn't need a new one.

She have a conditional permanent resident card. We both want a divorce. What’s the easiest way.

There is no such thing as a "conditional" PR card. All PR cards are regular PR cards, perfectly good up to the expiry date.

She doesn’t have a pr card just the landing paper. How can she get the pr card. She still in a conditional phase.

If she landed, she should have gotten a PR card mailed to her. It doesn't matter if she is conditional or not.

It doesn't make sense. Condition PR or not, she should have already gotten her PR card within a few months of her landing.
And there is only 1 type of PR card.
