Hello everyone,
In 28 August ,2018 I got an offer letter from Concordia University for MEng in Electrical & Computer Engineering for Jan 2019 intake. The university said that I have to be in Montreal by Jan 7, 2019. But I am afraid that my visa processing will take more than 4 months .
Can I deffer my session due to lengthy process of visa ?
(P.S. I live in qatar and it will take 3 months to complete whole visa process )

I have applied on 5th may 2018 for jan 2019 intake, it has been more than 3 months. I have mailed then but they are giving general reply.
