hello everyone, the embassy sent me a request for additional forms and they sent me a additional family information, i just noticed that middle box it says children (INclude all sons and daugthers, including all adopted and step children, regardless of age and place of residence), im in a common law relationship , my partner was married before and he has two kids , they are not annuled or divorce cos there is no divorce in philippines, does it makes his daughter my step children? should i put there name in the box? i put not applicable before,,tnx guys

No, as a common-law partner they are not your step-children.
