Everytime I am analyzing my situations seems its too complicated and I need some help to find out what are the necessary actions should i nedd to do. FIRST SCENARIO,
I entered canada Oct. 2008 as a Live in caregiver and wasted 6mos. probably i can apply my Open permit by next yr.month of june. My PROBLEMS Are;
1, I got married 2002 of march but i found out that his marriage are valid when he was just 16, i used his surnname on my travelling doc. and fiLe his name into my other documentS when i enterEd canada and we're separated for more or less 6 yrs now.
* IF IM GOING TO APPLY ALREADY FOR OPEN PERMIT AND P.R, IS IT POSSIBLE COULD AFFECT MY APPLICATIONS BEC. OF HIS PREVIOUS MARRIAGE?
* IF I WILL FILE A DIVORCE, DOES IT OKAY?
