I am having trouble filling in Box. 23 of the 'IMM5802' form and I am wondering if anyone has experience with this form.
I am simply wondering what my employer should detail in Box 23. Explanation of how the job meets the requirements of the exemption being requested ?
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

He/she has to write What skills you have and why you deserve that Job , Also how it will impact in The business and what benefts will Bring within. In this field your boss can also write about your education, certifications, level of english , credentials (if any) . Thats my point of view , others can help too . Hope It helps
