you are 110% safe, 2172 NOC (Database analysts and data administrators ) has limited audience and it is also very strange too.

CES is taking a lot of time folks.. better prepare your application for CIC now.. 12 weeks for CES to finish and then give another week to get the official original transcript from them.

timeline:
CES received transcripts and form on 23rd June
Acknowledgement: 10th July
Got unofficial transcript: 19th September
Originals: 27th September
 
Hey by receiving do you mean deduction the processing fee? And did you receive the originals on 27th september? How much time was the website quoting when you submitted your form. would be grateful if you could let me know.Thanks!

Yesterday huffed and puffed I wrote following lines to CES and got the appended reply.

My message
Student Number: X******

Please, update me my application status. Those whose credit card charged after me have already received ECA report from you.

If there is any other document required I will send urgently.



CES Reply
The time it takes to do an assessment is not based on the date the payment was received.
It is from the date ALL necessary documents are received.
So if your friends paid after you did, but we received all their official documents before we received yours, then they would get their assessments done first.

Does CES send any acknowledgement once they receive all documents or if they require anything else?
 
once they deduct money, they will acknowledge
