Hi. My partner is Canadian and legally separated since 2019 and waiting for final divorce. We are living together since feb 2022 and share common house agreements and ID and proof with pictures dating 2021. I am on work permit. Can I apply for PR as common law? Thanks

Yes, you can (with partner) apply for spousal sponsorship on basis of common law without waiting for the divorce. (Assuming of course no other issues)
