I have my PGWP valid until december 23 2018 and looking to apply for permanent residence under common law sponsorship as my common law is a permanent resident. Can i work after my PGWP expires as i ll be applying for open work permit with my PR application.
I might be getting my new OWP on March 2019.Please let me know if there is any way i can continue working.
if you plan to apply for sponsorship for PR.....then ensure you apply when your have valid status, before Dec 23 2018, as OWP will not be approved if you don't have a valid status as at the time the OWP application was received.
