Please help with Common law sponsorship.
I landed in Canada in October 2020 as permanent resident and I am currently employed.
I have a Fiancé and daughter back home that I plan to sponsor. My FSW application was done in November 2018 and since i was not legally married then, I put my status as SINGLE and included just my daughter as non accompanying dependent.
From 2019 to 2020 before I traveled, we were actually living together as a couple(1year+). I have all the necessary documents that can proof this. My question is: Can I sponsor my Fiancé and daughter together under the common law sponsorship or I must go back and legally sign a marriage certificate before i can sponsor? Thank you

Based on the information you have provided, it will unfortunately never be possible to sponsor your partner for PR (even if you get married).
It was mandatory for you to update your status to common law and add your partner to your application before you landed in Canada and become a PR in October 2020. Since you failed to do that and landed as a single applicant, your partner is forever excluded as your family member and cannot be sponsored. Your status at the time you applied isn't what's relevant. What's relevant is your status at the time you landed in Canada and became a PR. Since you became common law partners before you landed in Canada, you were supposed to add your partner to your application.
Your partner needs to find a way to immigrate on their own. Do they qualify through a program like Express Entry? Do they have enough points to be selected?
