Hi everyone, I have what I hope is an easy question.
Background:
Me (UK citizen) living in the UK with my Canadian citizen girlfriend (In a relationship for more than 3 years, living together for almost 2 years).
Can she sponsor me to move to Canada with her as a common law partner even though we are both living in the UK?
Has anyone been through a similar process, and if so would they mind sharing any tips or guidance with us to help make sure our application goes as smoothly as possible
