Hi guys
I'll apply cec this month
I'm primary applicant and I'll include my gf as my common law parter
We've been lived together since 2011-7 and have joint bank account, lease agreement, she's also beneficiary of my life insurance.
The question is that she's in vacation in China and she'll be back almost end of next month.
Is it ok if I apply right now even though she's not in here with me at this moment?
Or should I wait for her back?
It would be great if someone give me the tips or advise.
Thank you.

Second that. Wait for her as she is part of the application and has to fill out forms as well.
Not including her now and submitting her forms later on in the process will only complicate the case and
may raise red flags as you've been in a common law relationship since 2011 and therefore should've included her
in your application from the get go.
If she signed all the forms she has to sign and filled out the forms she has to fill out according
to the instruction guide, then you don't have to wait. She does not have to be in Canada.
Thanks for the info.
Yes I got all the signs and forms I needed from her already.
Since there is this 200cap,,I'll apply it without waiting her back.
Thanks again and wish me luck!!
