Hello, I'm interested in engeneering

Where can I find information about cheap colleges/univercities?
I was thinking about doing the first year in cheap college and them transfer it to university.
How can I know whether the knowledge that colleges supply is anough and the univercity will accept it? Is there any standard?

You will have to check with the individual universities to see what their policies are (each school sets its own policies). However college credits typically cannot be transferred to university credits.
