is the times he came home here with only a stay of 4 weeks andd 6 weeks can be considered cohabitation? we were always together when he comes home, he stays at my place and his when we visit his hometown..can i write this periods on the form?
I would suggest no, based on the fact that you were just both visiting for the time. Co-cohabitation is more long term and can be backed up with rental agreements, joint utility bills, and mail coming for both to the same address

oh, so i would just replace the page i made heheh. thank u so much . thats what confusing me too because they might ask for rental agreements and joint bills etc
thank u so much stumpedmom. one more question, on schedule A background, if the question is not applicable like no. 9..should we just write NONE in one box or we should fill those boxes with NA? (taxing!) it is better to be sure ...thank u again :-*
make sure you have n/a in each and every box, because if not they can send the application back as incomplete.
go thru your application and double and triple check that all the forms are signed and that all the boxes have some form of answer....whether it be an answer or N/A in the boxes....
Its a tedious task but let me tell you...it will save a lot of heartache and worries down the road...and honestly if you have a friend or family member go through it, that can always be helpful because after looking at our application as many times as we did, we missed some boxes with n/a because of assumption and our eyes and minds playing tricks on us...
