Probably too late to stop a closer review if it's already mentioned in the notes. I guess you could try providing new / additional evidence to support your relationship. No idea if that will help or not.
Sometimes it can, though not often. I've seen people have in their GCMS notes interview recommend, and they were able to waive it with additional proofs, but this isn't a common thing. It wouldn't hurt though to try.
superman2012, I don't know what they're trying to review, but one of my guesses would be that you failed to declare your siblings in your application. I'm assuming this just because you didn't declare them in your student visa application, so my guess is you didn't do it also here?
