I am currently working in the US. I am in the EE Pool since Nov 2016 and got my ITA on 22-Feb-2017. I am yet to submit my PR Application.
My current employer applied for my Closed Work Permit (Intra-Company Transferee - ICT) in Jan 2017 and it is approved this week. I do not think they would transfer me to Canada immediately.
My questions are;
1. In one of the PR Application section, there is a question like "Have you ever applied to the CIC ?".
Should I mention in my PR application that I have already applied to the CIC ?
2. Will this closed work permit have any negative impact on the PR Adjudication.

1. Yes. You should declare your Canadian closed work permit details. Any misrepresentation of any form in the PR application could land you in trouble.
2. It will not have any negative impact.
