Closed my bank account and now I can't log in to my CIC account anymore!! HELP!

So I used to log in to my application through my bank (TD) but I just closed my bank account.

Now I can't log in to my application anymore and I have a message (I just got an email), what am I supposed to do?? I tried to open a new account and link my application to it but it's not finding my application despite me putting all the correct info in there!

Ugh I don't want to have to call CIC it's always such a pain.

Yes I actually have one, but when I tried to log in through that one it wants me to create a new CIC account.

The link to switch sign in partners doesn't work anymore unfortunately
