CLIENT ID for payment???

Hi All,
Please where do I find the client ID for the payment receipt? I just printed off the official Receipt but needs to fill in the blank for client ID. Is it supposed to be the Receipt number?

Client Id is ur Client ID to Be found on COPR and PR card mentioned as UCI
