Fee payment receipt

Hi,

I printed the online payment receipt. Now the receipt has my name. Am I suppose to fill my address, client ID, phone and stuff or am I suppose to just leave it blank? I wonder why those information did not print by itself

Yes; you should fill it by ur self. Client Id is from pr card, if you don't know.
