clb score different for each ability?

Writing 6
Reading 7.5
Listening 8.5

so to enter express entry pool i will i get

Speaking CLB 7 (5 points)
Writing CLB 7 (4 points)
Reading CLB 9 (6 points)
Listening CLB 10 (6 points)

or will i get overall CLB 7 and given 4 points for all abilities
