Clarity around CES ECA

i want to know that how much time ces take for eca now a days .

If we have PG then is it ok if we submit only PG credentials and not the Graduation credentials?

Or can they evaluate us Masters only with the basis of Post Graduation Transcripts and without adding/sending Graduation details?

I have a query hope somebody replies.

Case:
I have Masters (recently completed) and Bachelors (9 years back and I also have 9 years word experience).

Query:
If I get ECA just for my highest degree (Masters) then can I still claim points for my 9 years of work experience? Because that work experience I have is from Bachelors and not after Masters degree. Or Do I need to get ECA for Bachelors too to claim points for past work experience?
