Need your support in getting clarity on "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years".

Today, I received ECA soft copy from IQAS.
-For Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree from Delhi University=> Canadian Equivalency: Three- year undergraduate degree program.
-For Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from SCDL, Pune=> Canadian Equivalency: Two-year Graduate diploma program.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

It took almost 12-13 weeks to get ECA from IQAS. Refer below details:

IQAS ECA Application fee (regardless of the number of credentials): $200 &
Courier fees to an address outside of Canada: $75. (INR approx.: 15K)

Additionally for Transcript & Courier charges:
SCDL Transcript DD Charge: Rs. 2415/-
DU Transcript Online Payment Charge: Rs.1700/-
Courier Charges for sending IQAS ECA Application & Xerox copies of all educational certificates: Rs.1500/-
Courier Charges for sending DU transcript: Rs.1500/-

Total Cost for ECA: Rs.22K

My ECA timeline (bachelor's degree i.e. B.Com and PGDBA):
Application delivered at IQAS: 24th Jan 2018
PGDBA transcript from SCDL delivered at IQAS: 6th Feb 2018
B.Com transcript from DU delivered at IQAS: 7th Feb 2018
1st AOR (application received): 12th Mar 2018
2nd AOR (academic documents received): 4th Apr 2018
3rd AOR (ECA Soft Copy received): 9th May 2018

I have done Chartered Accountancy(4.5yrs) and Bachelor of Commerce(3yrs) simultaneously completing B.Com in 2015 and CA in 2016.
Will this be considered "two or more certificate"..?

Well on CRS calculator, Score is 441 with CLB 10 (IELTS- L:8.5, R:8, W:7.5 & S:7.5) and 429 with CLB9 (IELTS- L:8, R:7, W:7 & S:7). Now I will appear for IELTS soon and target for CLB 10 to get maximum score. Post getting CLB 10 only, I will create EE profile.

Yes, you can definitely get "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" with your existing degrees.
Though, you might get considered under "Master's Degree, or professional degree" as you have completed study of 4+2 years (Total 6 years). In my case it was B.Com of 3 years + PGDBA 2 years (Total 5 years), so I am eligible for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" category for CRS scoring.

Yes, you can definitely get "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" with your existing degrees.
Though, you might get considered under "Master's Degree, or professional degree" as you have completed study of 4+2 years (Total 6 years).
