I want to be clarified about the categories for FSW Express Entry. Do I have to qualify only for the top 50 existing categories to apply for the Express entry or any managerial positions can apply under FSW Express Entry?

Another concern is regarding my WES assessment. My credential assessment is Diploma (two years). But of course I finished the whole course here in the Philippines for 4 years. Can I still qualify for FSW Express Entry?
