Claiming points for 2 Different NOCs under same NOC skill

Hi All, I want to inquire about claiming points for 2 different NOCs. I joined a company in Business Development department and worked for about 1.5 years. Later, I joined another organization in Recruitment division & worked for 9 months. I left that company & joined another organization in the Recruitment function again & still working for that company. Consequently, I have 2 different NOCs, ( 1.5 Years in Business Development and (9+12) = 21 months experience in HR. Is it possible to mention 3 years in CRS calculation to get points?In case if go for NOC related to HR job i will only have almost 2 years of experience but by combining i will be able to get points for 3 years & a chance to get ITA in near future. Also, at time of profile creation i will be showing Primary NOC in HR and secondary in Business Development. Will i get the points for both NOCs or only for my primary one?
