2 different job titles.

Hai,
Im having 1.5 years experience in mechanical engineering(NOC 2232) and 3+years experience in Aeronautical Information Services ( which has only 2 duties match in NOC 2272 Air Traffic Controller. I coudnt find any proper NOC for this particular job ). Which job to select as my primary NOC?
And will I be able to claim 3 years to get full score with 2 different NOC categories?

Yes, as long as you worked for 12 consecutive months in a single skilled NOC. Then you can add work from other NOCs

That means they are calculating number of years that I work in every field's. Will I loose score by selecting Engineering as my primary NOC?
