Hello everyone,
I claimed for Refugee in Canadian/US Border while holding a valid US Visa on my passport now accepted refugee and applied for PR. my passports was seized by CBSA officer and my US visa also expired on that. I was wondering what will happen once I get back my Passport and apply to visit US as Canadian PR card holder? Will they let me enter US or I won't be able go there again?
Assuming you didn't overstay in the US or violate the term of your visa in any other way, it's entirely possible you may be approved for a new visitor visa. It's obviously difficult for any of us to guess whether you will actually be approved or not. I think it would be a good idea to wait a few months from the time you receive PR before you apply.

I had a valid US visa on my seized passport, however it expired. So when i got my travel document, i applied again and granted a visa.
You don't have to wait for your PR card.
