I am working as construction planning engineer in UAE with b.tech in civil engineering and mtech in construction management
I want to immigrate Canada. Currently is there any scope for my field?
Or Should I prefer Australia?

Are you working in oil and gas sector? Now Alberta is down due to oil crisis. If you are in Building sector then you can move to Toronto or Vancouver. Weather wise Australia is better.
Am not working in oil and gas sector. Working in commercial projects.
Also am not working as project engineer.

Yes you can try in Toronto area. If oil price is improved then Alberta is a good place for Civil Engineers.
