Citizenship Test Invitation Received - System says I have not been invited when I log in - Anyone else?

I got an invite to do the online citizenship test. But when I tried to log in / sign in, I get a message that "our records indicate you have not been invited for the citizenship test".
For sure I have been invited for test. I have the email.
I checked and rechecked my App ID and UCI, and I am punching in the correct numbers. Any idea what is going on? Please share your experience. Thnxz

Check the the time period in invitation. Usually it will be for some date in next few days.

You cant give the test before the start date. Check for start date in your email/letter. When did you apply?

• you must still complete the test within 21 days from the date in your test invitation

It is also well within the 21 day period allowed to do the test. Still, when I sign in, the message that I get is: "You can’t take the test right now Based on our records, we haven’t invited you to take this test right now."
I have the invitation in front of me. 4 pages. Printed.
I am hoping someone must have experienced it. If so, please share your experience. Thnxz

"If you received a test invitation, but see the “You can’t take the test right now” message
Make sure you entered the correct application number and UCI.

If you entered the correct information and still get the message, email the office that sent you the test invitation. The email address is in the Rescheduling section of your test invitation."

Can you call and ask the agent to send a note to the officer. Some agents do send note to officer - i have seen some requests in cases on following up on finger prints etc. So give it a try.

I already tried everything and have now email them as well. My wife was able to get her test done, however, I'm getting the same issue.

Have any of you experience the issue as well ?

and did they responded back in a timely fashion ?
