Was your application closed the next day after the ceremony? I didn't ask for urgent process for the certificate but I did mention that I may travel in January when sending back the signed form after the creamery. My application was closed on the same day but it says updated one day after the ceremony in the system.
mine was closed on the same day as my oath ceremony but the status was updated the next business day

I sent them 3 emails so far (and they have opened my emails within a couple of days - I used mail tracker). never received a reply.
Sent an email to the minister and his office as well. No reply.
Submitted eform. They replied that the concern has been forwarded to Ottawa office.
I’ll contact my MP this week. Let’s see.

Maybe ottawa applicants waiting for certificate could sign a petition or something. If we have enough people waiting for oath we could send a letter to minister or MP and we could all sign it.
