Walk-ins are available in certain offices since 3 weeks ago, but it's kind of a crapshoot, that's presumably why sonicbro was asking about the situation in passport offices in Ottawa.
That's weird. If your tracker says everything is complete, it is likely they mailed the certificate to you. This email could have been sent in error. As long as you sent the documents before and the document was not corrupt in any manner, you should be good.

Done my oath Nov 9th online with Niagara Falls office. We are urgent processing applicants and so far no certificate. @rajkamalmohanram any ideas of what should be done? They didn't ask us in the ceremony if we are urgent applicants or not. we need to travel asap and we don't have/and can't get a new passport in our other nationality. Any ideas? Thanks everyone

You should have asked the clerk at the ceremony to expedite the certificate if you wanted it sooner irrespective of whether your application was processed urgently or not. They don't take notice of that automatically . You have to tell them. There is no way to apply for a passport without the original citizenship certificate. My application was processed urgently as well and I asked the clerk and confirmed at 3 separate times that my certificate will be expedited just so he doesn't forget.
Send an email to the same email ID you got your oath invite from and request them to expedite your citizenship certificate and see if it works.

It's been almost 2 weeks since my Oath and I still have not received my certificate. I have to travel for work in 4 weeks and I fear that I am cutting it too close.
