Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Hi Bob, I was 137.

I was #98. I have sent several emails and submitted two web forms. No success to call. Nothing yet!

My ceremony was Oct 28th and the same I have sent emails and submitted web form and still nothing!
Always returned this error:
"There were issues submitting your form.

• Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship."

I was 24th october. What is your officer initials?

It seems most of the officers in Ontario have delay in uploading certificates

Mine was RRM too. Nov 1st week Oath. Sent emails to the same address asking for update.
No replies. Same error. Website is busy or can't find certificate.
yesterday I got message, " you tried many times, please try after 24 hours" I logged once before going office and after returning home".
Not sure whats going on.

Officer MB doesn't care about any input from applicant. This is what we learned. ☹

My officer is MB too, I had oath on 9 November, Still waiting for my e-certificate. Do you have any email where i can contact?

You can email to the same address which received invitation letter. Also submit a web form. I have done each way 3 times! no reaction at all.

oath day Nov 23 11pm.

sent the form right after. Not able to download as yet!
