I had my Oath on October 24th and confirmation of Oath form was received at the same day. No e-certificate is available yet!! The officer is MB from Mississauga center. Anybody had similar experience from the same day of ceremony to guide me? I have important business trip but nobody cares despite of filling web form twice.
Now have neither PR nor passport!!☹

Looks like this is happening because of lethargy of officer and no other officer gets assigned.

Literally in the same situation with same clerk and there is no way to expedite it. I’m just stuck here.

You are absolutely right. They don't care about time but asking for tearing PR.

Feeling the same pain. It seems she has the longest delay among officers when I am searching the comments .Please update me whenever you could download the certificate.

I had my Oath in Montreal sometime between. Sept and Dec 1979. My certficates all say only the year only1979. Did anyone get their citizenship during that time and remembers the date. Thanks.

The same situation here. I am going to miss very important business trip outside Canada next week. They didn't reply web form and I couldn't succeed via call.
Why IRCC states just 2-5 business days despite officers are not complying?

Yes, they said everything is attached to the file but they can’t do anything because they don’t when the officer will come to it.
