Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Did anyone else recently receive certificate ? It would be helpful if you can share the timeline

Oath Ceremony - Dec. 19, 2022 (Winnipeg Office)
Certificate Received: Jan. 4, 2023
Applied for Passport: Jan. 10, 2023
Received Passport: Today, Jan 23, 2023

Location: Toronto

I took the oath ceremony on January 4. Called IRCC today and they told me that my certificate was mailed out on January 19.
Applied online in Vancouver
Ceremony office SK MB

Guys try to call IRCC and don’t lose hope!

Once the certificate is received, Passport can be applied anywhere in Canada or necessarily the province of residence ?

I am in same situation like you. I had the oath on Jan 9 2023 same office. No update on tracker after oath.

I received citizenship certificate today. It’s 4 business days from the date they mailed out, 20 days from the date off oath ceremony.
What I suggest is try to follow up the oath from email that you sent, ask them whether they have mailed out. If you are urgent, provide any supporting documents/material to show they you need leave Canada asap. And keep calling them. Hope these could help you

Just to help out. I did my path Jan 17 and received cert. on Jan 24. Vancouver office.

Last I heard from IRCC, they sent the certificate on Jan 12th .... It is Jan 25th and I am still waiting.

Is there anything I can do? Is this normal?

I’m pretty sure you can apply anywhere in Canada. But its better to apply in the province of residence if its your first time applying because its more convenient since it will be mailed to your home address.
