Anyone from Saskatchewan office Oath November 8th waiting for certificate? These people are so idiots. They are proving conflicting information.

Oath ceremony Nov 2nd and still waiting. Call center doesnt pick up phone. IRCC office doesnt reply to emails. Worst service ever

my oath was on the 8th nov but winnipeg office at 11.30 EST. what time was your oath and who was the clerk?

Yes Manitoba and Winnipeg have same email address. Actually office will be mentioned on your Sheet you signed. I don’t remember name of clerk but was a young lady . Was she same for you also?

My ECAS finally shows that my application is complete today exactly 19 days after my Oath. No sign of certificate yet. I reached out to MP & they are making a status enquiry.

Hi I dont mean to scare you, I have seen posts online where people have received someone elses certifcate and they dont know how to deal with it. All i am trying to say maybe you should keep connecting with IRCC concerning if your certificate was delivered to someone else. even with normal mail it shouldnt take this long since ur file was closed before black friday madness before the holidays! Hope you get your certificate soon!

Oh gosh! I'm dishearten today, I made calls to IRCC with no luck, they've no courtesy to reply to emails and my mailbox is still without citizenship certificate.

I thought I came to developed country few years ago and actually found this is no better world in services. Our government cares what is happening outside Canada and not at their home.

Here, we are in queues every time (be it passport, drivers license, medical system appointment and IRCC etc) and keep waiting for services.

We took online oath on 2nd Nov by Niagara falls office and application marked completed on 4th Nov. And waiting for the surprise.

Any luck? yours and my timeline are the same, same office, i tried to follow up with Niagra office via email and webform, no response

IRCC Niagara Falls won't reply to us. I wrote to DN Cit NGF Scheduling 07 last week but no response/no certificate.

Yes, that is right, same time on November 2nd 2022. I think we need to think about what to do next, I will send an email again to DN Cit NGF Scheduling 07 on Dec 15th (Once 6 weeks have lapsed with the solemn declaration form) and request them to resend the certificate. I will wait for a week, if i do not hear back from them, then i will mail the solemn declaration form to Nova scotia

Try calling them around 8-10 am.

Hi All,

Mine took 20 days to close and no certificate as of today.

october 17th oath date.

I called IRCC this morning. Agents are saying 6 weeks from certificate mailing date NOT oath date. Oath was on 17th October.

They said they cannot do anything 6 weeks from mailing date, which would be Christmas. So now I have to wait till Christmas? WTF

Keep calling and say that you were told 6 weeks from oath date and say you were told they will send the request to processing office. Keep trying different agents.

Otherwise I would say fill the solemn declaration and send it to your office where you sent the oath form at first. That is what was done by people and were told to do to the people in the thread i shared.
