Its come with Canada Post Regular email which is not track able so pretty slow and even within City it took 3 days minimum.
There is No "Do not Forward" sign but instead "Do not Bend" envelope sign as its have your Certificate, Welcome letter from PM, Welcome letter from Immigration minister and new copy of Oath with King

I will add a little bit of my perspective. The envelope does not have a "Do not forward" sign. But through my own experience, I advise against using Canada Post's mail forwarding service for the following reason. The item containing your certificate may be treated as a parcel by Canada Post. According to Canada Post, parcels are not forwarded, and may instead be returned to the original sender. I received mine through luck, after setting up mail forwarding with Canada Post. But looking back, I would not have done it.

Montreal office, my timeline:
- Ceremony: August 18th 2022
- Tracker changed to complete: August 24th
- Shipped: September 22nd
- Received: September 23rd
I called the office September 15th when it was exactly 4 weeks after the ceremony as they said we would receive it from 2 to 4 weeks after the ceremony. The agent kindly answered my questions and told me it was printed but couldn't confirm whether or not it was shipped. They said they're currently experiencing delays and we should expect up to 8 weeks to receive our certificate (at least for the Montreal office).

Same here, Agent said my certificate was mailed out on 15th Sep but another person with the same timeline received her certificate a few days ago. She said they mentioned it was mailed out on 15th Sep but actually they sent the mail only on 20th Sep...
