I checked my ECAS status and it has been updated to "Complete". However, the new reporting portal still shows 'Oath in Progress'. Can I assume that 'Complete' in ECAS means that IRCC has received my signed oath forms and my file is now closed.

Can't say for sure, but for your reference mine still says DM on ECAS.
Also I noticed that the new tracker may not be showing the most up-to-date information.
I've had an update let's say on April 1st that did not show up until a few days later although I checked the tracker every single day.

The new tracker should update to "closed" either tomorrow or Monday. ECAS updates sooner for some reason. But if you click the "complete" you should see another line.
You became a Canadian citizen on "your ceremony date".
Certificate will only have biographical information, none of the geographical information. So only data that is permanent to you is printed in the back.
I replied to the email from the PDF instructions which I got earlier for oath invitation but just noticed the email which I received right after oath is different.
It's still showing "In process" in my tracker. Has any one noticed this behaviour ? Should I reply as well to the email I received after the Oath. Two separate emails has confused me.

What email did you receive after your oath cause I never received any email after my oath.
I only received an automated email from IRCC after I sent the signed Oath form.

It depends on the office and the team that is conducting the oath. I received post ceremony instructions. However, my spouse never received such email, but the same IRCC office (niagara falls) conducted the ceremony for both of us.
Nope. "Closed" means they have accepted your oath form and your file has been sent for certificate printing. Mailing depends on when they actually print and mail your batch of certificates.
Guys, Need your expertise. I received my certificate today and I found that that my given name is blank and my family name is having my full name (Prasanna Gururam) . I want to get this corrected where my given name should be Prasanna and family name should be Gururam.

Hi Prasanna,
Is the name format in the certificate the same as in the citizenship application?
If it's a mistake from IRCC then so you can contact the IRCC telling them the name is in incorrect format with respect to your application and the supporting ID provided initially.
If the name format matches with the govt ID card and the citizenship application, then you have to submit a Change of Name application with Service Ontario and receive the Change of Name certificate, using which you can apply for new passport and parallelly contact IRCC for an updated Citizenship certificate and other Govt ID card changes.
Please check with IRCC and Service Ontario on the timelines before you apply. If you have a travel plan coming soon, then get your Canadian passport and then only request for a name change, the processing time for new Citizenship Certificate shows as 17 months.
