I was just wondering if there is another reason (aside from being busy and overloaded with October applications) that I might have been not aware of and somebody here may have better explanation. It is obvious they are doing their best and we cannot force them to speed up!

Sounds like a FP request (likely). It's sent by regular mail (Canada post). You should be receiving it next week.

Yes，it is a FP request. Received it on Tuesday，and finished it on Feb 14

When status changes to decision made ,should the oath date also be included in the ecase or it is entered later ?

5.We sent you a notice on February 14, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on March 6, 2018 at 8:25 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment

I am still waiting to be IP. I see a lot of people are still waiting, but I wonder if this is true or they are just not updating the file. I mean, is it realistic people from November AOR still not being IP?

Congratulations. I believed you are going to take your test in Hamilton Office. I see some test invites from there with the same date. Good Luck.
