I just have a quick question to those of you who have receive your AOR, were you notified by letter, email or both that your application has progressed? I'm just curious as to what i need to keep an eye out for?

Easy to say but not to do, my worries after 5 weeks of wait the application will be returned to me and then i will start the whole wait cycle again

i don't think so, stay positive! they wouldn't wait this long to return an incomplete file; if it's really something you cannot sleep from, wait this week too and next week call them good luck!

just email; i think as long as you put email address they don't send aor by mail anymore; someone can correct me if i'm wrong
